1. The beginning

a) The foundation

The Ku Klux Klan is a
terrorristic and rasistic organisation. It was founded in Tennessee on 24^th
December in 1865 from six, young officers.

b) The activities

First the Ku Klux Klan was
a social community, they played the population capers. But after short time its
activities were against the republic government and its black and white
leaders. The Ku Klux Klan had the persuasion that the black were inferior to
the white.

2. The history of the Klan

a) Meeting in Tennessee

In 1867 the Ku Klux Klan
was popularity in the USA and had over 500 thousand
member.

Because the large number of
member they met in Nashville, Tennessee. They wanted to select the
“large wichmaster”, a leader. They select Nathan Bedford Forrest the first
“large wichmaster” in the history of the Klan.

b) The end?

After the government makes
a law against the Ku Klux Klan, dissolved Nathan Bedford Forrest the Klan. But
only in Arkansas and Tennessee the Ku Klux Klan
dissolved.

In Alabama, Georgia, Mississippi, North- and South Carolina the Klan was more
aggrasive opposite black people.

c) The real end

The Ku Klux Klan
disappeared slowly, but not because public pressure. The Klan has everything
done which it wanted. The Klan has all
its aims fulfilled.

3. The Ku Klux Klan in the 20.Century

a) The resurrection 1915

At the 8 January the film “The Birth of a Nation” of
David Griffiths had world premiere. The film was rasistic, adjusted for the
Klan. The film developed on the rasistic book “The Clansmen” of Thomas Dixon.
It told a love story in the American civil war. The film affected the nation. From
this tendency the Klan was again founded of William Joseph Simmons.

The “new Klan” was not only against black people, but
also against intellectual people, Jews and catholic.

b) The 2 world war

The two men, James H. Colescott and Samuel Green, tried
to step with the German national socialists into contact, but as the Japanese
attacked Pearl
Harbor failed
it.

c) Splitting 1944

1944 Klansmen founded different sub-groups of
the Klan, like for example:

“Ku Klux Klan of Florida Inc.” or “Southern and
Northern Knights of the KKK”. The splitting was not to be stopped no more.
Today exist many “Klans” in the USA. The “original Klan” it
does not give longer. All rasistic groups in America descend from this. In the
80ies each of the many “Klans” had about 5.000 member. 

Nowadays the Ku Klux Klan had about 7 thousand
member.

4. The Klan today

a) The Klan today

David Duke, an ex-member of the Ku Klux Klan, applied
as the US president. 

In a 2002 report on "Extremism in America", the Jewish
Anti-Defamation League wrote "Today, there is no such thing as the Ku Klux
Klan. Fragmentation,
decentralization and decline have continued unabated.”

b) The damage to the American people

From 1995 through 1996 the organisations of the
Ku Klux Klan destroyed over 160 afro-american churches. The damage which the Ku
Klux Klan had done to the American people is to big to make it good.

I hold the Klan/Racisms as the worst away to
calm down, and I think that Klanmens
their aggression of other people omit.
