Today I will tell you about the actor Brad Pitt.

His whole name is William Bradley Pitt he was born in Shawnee , Oklahoma, USA on December the 18th in 1963.

He, is 1.83 m tall, Sagittarius, has fair hair, blue eyes, is 41 years old, weighs 76 kilos, and has two brothers and sisters named Doug and Julie

His hobbies are playing the guitar, football, basketball, architecture, and garden- and landscape creation.

In his early years moved to Springfield with his parents. There his father Bill worked as a manager for a trucking firm. His mother Jane was working as a school psychologist, so the father took his children Brad, Doug and Julie on his many tours often with him. Brad had a great voice, that showed up in the church choir.

He went to the Kickapoo Highschool. There he was a good pupil and took courses in acting.

At the University of Missouri he studied journalism but short before the exam he moved to California. He shared a flat with eight other guys in Los Angeles. He wanted to sing but nobody wanted him.

Brad worked principal as a driver, errand boy and even dressed up as a chicken for the fast-food warp "El pollo loco" to earn the money he needed for his drama education he took at the same time. Soon he got small parts in TV series like Dallas, 21-Jump street or Tales. He wanted to do it. He had the gift, the character and the necessary resolution.

He was a very good actor but Brad wanted to develop himself and he wanted to become better. He shot several different films which are no a credit for his image as a sunnyboy. In parts as a dispo, a violent thug or a mentally ill ecology terrorist he fought brave against this cliché.

For the movie "Twelve Monkeys" in which he was acting a mental patient he got a Golden Globe and a Oscar nomination for the best supporting actor.

He got another Globe nomination for his part as Tristan in the cowboy film "Legends of the fall". Then 1991 he finally made the breakthrough with the film "Thelma + Louise" in the part of the charming thief JD.

He also said he think that he would have good parts in films still for four years then he has to make the way free for younger actors.

A famous quote of him is "Heartthrobs are dime a dozen". I think he took is personally. There are his most important affairs. Three years he went with Juliette Lewis. Then he had a short affair with Julia Ormond at the shooting for the film "Legends of the fall" After that he met at the shooting to the film "Seven" his big love Gwyneth Paltrow. 1996 got the engagement of Brad and her official known and he was voted for the sexiest man alive from the magazine "People". But early before the wedding in 1997 Gwyneth Paltrow walked out to an other. Pitt said to this topic only "I was wrong."

In 1997 he met Jennifer Aniston and he went with her for three years. And on July the 29th 2000 he married her. The wedding took place in Malibu and there were over 200 guests from Hollywood present.

He was voted again for the sexiest man alive.

But not long ago exactly said on January the 8th of this year (2005) Brad Pitt and Jennifer Aniston who were married for 4 1/2 years made public that they would go one's separate way. The reason for this decision was the film Mr and Mrs Smith which he shot with Angelina Jolie in the summer of 2004. Jennifer thought that Brad had an affair with Angelina. So she wanted to dissolve. They meant it so serious that the perfect couple even was separated at Madame Toussauds' wax museum. This operation cost 15.000 €. They were the first couple there. First they wanted to try it again but then Jennifer filed for divorce because of irreconcilable problems between her and Brad.

Now he’s engaged to his acting collegue Angelina Jolie.

The next movie that he is going to shoot is "The Assassination of Jesse James"
