Was hältst du von dem Song forest von System of a down? Sag uns eines Meinung!
The song is about Armenian victims (who are dead, murdered, lying in the forest
of denial), telling their ancestors to find out the truth and tell it to the
world.
Since the victims are dead now, it's the next generation's duty to tell the true
stories (You are my mind, my child).
The "child" knows the product (the dead bodies), so there is no reason, not to
believe in the crimes. The main line is
"No circumcisions on the chair
You made the weapons for us all
Just look at us now"
the chair in politics means chairman (Vorsitzender). Cicumcision (wört.
Beschneidung) steht dafür, dass die Vorsitzenden, die mächtigen, bis heute nicht
zur Verantwortung gezogen wurden, obwohl sie für die Morde verantwortlich sind
(you made the weapons to kill us).

Wie soll ein Völkermord, der historisch festgehalten ist und in dem Menschen auf
brutale und unmenschliche Weise hingerichtet wurden, nicht passiert sein?!
in diesen song geht es um ein kind und um den wald.
er singt von einem Völkermord, der nie passiert ist.
Fakt ist, es sind auf beiden Seiten viele Menschen ums Leben gekommen, Armenier
und Türken...

Soweit ich weiß handelt der Song vom Völkermord an den Armeniern so um ca. 1915.
ich will die ganzen bedeutungen von den ganzen soad songs auch wissen, ich
versuch grad herauszufinden was mit mind gemeint is (vom ersten album) ichd
achte immer das wär einfach so aber ich hab letztens ne zeichnung zu dem lied
bei deviantart gesehen und jez glaub ich das da noch was hinter steckt... also
