Ich bin, ob ihrs glaubt oder nciht, 17 Jahre alt und höre dieses Lied auch sehr
gerne! Ich hör alles neuwertige normalerweise aber ich (warum auch immer) liebe
dieses lied!
Ich finds ja toll das ihr den Song alle toll findet, aber keinen ist vielleicht
klar um was es hier geht. Dieser Song ist einer toten Comedy-Legende gewidmet:
Andy Kaufman. Er starb in den 80er Jahren an Lungenkrebs obwohl er nie geraucht
hat und nie getrunken hat er hat auch auf seine gesundheit geachtet in dem er
vegetarisch gelebt hat. Er selbst sagte das er "Anti-Humor" macht und "Absurde
Performance-Kunst" macht. Zu seinen berühmten Charakteren gehörte z.B. der
"Foreign Man/Latka Gravas" oder Tony Clifton, der von seinem Freund Bob Zmuda
heute noch dargestellt wird. Wer mehr wissen will einfach mal bei Wikipedia Andy
Kaufman eingeben.

Ich kenne das nur das sich alle aufregen das in meinem Handschuhfach (fast) nur
R.E.M. CD´s rumliegen, bin 21 und steh dazu R.E.M. zu hören.
R.E.M. fand ich schon immer eine Klasse für sich. Das ist eine Band die man auch
in einigen Jahrzehnten noch kennt und seinen Kindern davon erzählt ;) bin
ebenfalls fünfzehn und kenne auch niemanden in meinem Alter der R.E.M. hört =)

(zumindestens von den leuten die ich kenne)
Kindheit in den 60igern, Jugend in den 70igern, da gab es noch den Glauben an
Zukunft und an den Mann im (auf dem) Mond. Klasse, des song wird die
Jahrzehnte überdauern
Also ich finde das Lied richtig toll!
